Built small. Sent far.
Being a small team means we do it all ourselves — concept, architecture, code, design, sound. With nothing lost in handoff, we can spend the time on how the details feel.
Every product is designed for many languages and regions from day one. Something made in Japan should feel native wherever in the world it lands.
End to end
Concept, UI, code, art and sound all in house. Faster calls, and details that line up.
Global by default
Multiple languages and worldwide release are designed in from the start, never bolted on.
Feel first
Physics, animation, sound effects. We spend our time on the moment your finger touches the screen.
Made to run
Power draw and heat are part of the design, so daily use never becomes a burden.
Studio
Lumilune
A gentle glow for your everyday.
Studio Lumilune is the application development division of NCAT LLC. We plan and build multiplatform products, with a focus on mobile.
The name joins lumi (light) and lune (moon): moonlight. Like the moon quietly lighting the night, we want to bring a small glow to the days of the people who use our work.

News
- We released Acona 1.2.0 (29). It adds Connect to AI, which lets Claude Code, Codex and Gemini CLI read and edit the open song, synthesize vocals and more. It also fixes several issues, including one where snapshots of a song you had not saved yet could be lost.
- Following the PHP vulnerability alert from IPA (Information-technology Promotion Agency, Japan), we have confirmed that our website runs a patched version of PHP. No damage such as unauthorized access or data leakage has been found at this time. We will continue to monitor the situation.
- Jarvity is now in final review ahead of its release and will be available soon. We'll announce the launch on this page and on X (@JarvityGame).
- We released Acona 1.1.0 (28). It fixes an issue where dragging a phoneme in Timing edit mode moved a different phoneme from the one you grabbed, and an issue where, when editing pitch by drawing, the place that changed could be offset from where you drew (the offset was large in slow-tempo songs).
- We released Acona 1.1.0 (27), fixing issues including one where, after editing lyrics, the Space key no longer started and stopped playback.
- We revised the Acona Terms of Use on 7 October 2026 (adding a clause on what you can create for free).
- We revised our Terms of Use on 6 October 2026 (adding section 2-2).
