1. Scope

These Terms govern your use of applications (the “App”) provided by NCAT LLC (“we”). By using the App you agree to these Terms.

2. Prohibited Conduct

• Violating laws or public order
• Modifying, reverse engineering or gaining unauthorised access to the App
• Submitting scores or manipulating leaderboards by improper means
• Infringing the rights of us or of third parties
• Interfering with the operation of the App

3. In-App Purchases

The App includes paid in-app purchases. Purchases and refunds are handled under the terms of Apple Inc. Purchased content can be restored under the same Apple ID.

4. Advertising

The App displays advertising. We are not responsible for the content of ads or for your dealings with advertisers.

5. Changes and Suspension

We may change, suspend or discontinue the App without prior notice. We are not liable for damages arising from such changes.

6. Disclaimer

We do not warrant that the App is free of defects in fact or in law. Except in cases of our wilful misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for damages arising from use of the App.

7. Data

Handling of your data is governed by our separately published Privacy Policy.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over our head office as the court of first instance.
