Social Media Policy

1. Purpose
This policy sets out how NCAT LLC ("we", "us") and Studio Lumilune, our application development division, operate our official social media accounts.
2. Official accounts
The accounts listed below are the only social media accounts we operate. Any account not listed here has no connection with us.

3. What we post
- Announcements about product releases and updates
- Development progress and behind-the-scenes material
- Notices about faults and their resolution
- News about NCAT LLC and Studio Lumilune
- Information related to the above
4. Replies and direct messages
We read every comment and reply to our posts, but as a rule we do not respond individually. We do not accept direct messages.

5. Follows and reposts
Our following an account, or reposting its content, does not imply that we endorse or support that account or its content.
6. Prohibited conduct
In response to any of the following, we may hide the post, block the account, or report it to the relevant authorities, in each case without notice.
- Defamation, discriminatory expression or threats
- Obscene material or other content likely to cause offence
- Infringement of our rights or the rights of third parties
- Spreading false information
- Sales, solicitation or promotional activity
- Excessive repetition of identical or similar posts
- Conduct that breaches the law or public order and morals
7. Copyright
Copyright in the text, images and video we post belongs to us or to the respective rightsholder. Please do not reproduce, modify or use it commercially beyond the scope of fair quotation. See "Copyright, Trademarks & Linking" for details.
8. Disclaimer
We take care over the accuracy of what we post, but we do not warrant that it is complete.
Our posts do not necessarily represent our official position. Only material published on our website constitutes an official announcement.
We are not responsible for the content of any external site linked from our posts.
Posts may become unavailable if a platform changes its specifications, suffers an outage, or ceases operation.
9. Changes to, and suspension of, our accounts
We may change how we operate our accounts, or suspend them, without notice.
10. Sales and solicitation enquiries
We do not accept sales or solicitation enquiries. We will not reply to sales enquiries sent through the form, by email, by telephone or by fax.
We have not consented to receiving advertising or promotional email. Under Japan's Act on Regulation of Transmission of Specified Electronic Mail (opt-in rule), sending advertising email to a party who has not given prior consent is prohibited. Where a transmission in breach of that Act is identified, we may take action including reporting it to the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications and the Consumer Affairs Agency.
11. Changes to this policy
We may amend this policy without notice. Any amendment takes effect when it is published on this page.
