When you introduce our products, please include either a link to where the app can be obtained (its page on the distributing store) or this site, www.ncat.co.jp, in your article, video description or post. It is there so that people who see your coverage can actually find the product. Before an app is released, a link to this site is enough.
This is a request, not a condition of using the materials. We will never object to coverage because a link was missing.
Where you cannot place a URL, naming the product and who makes it — “Jarvity (NCAT LLC / Studio Lumilune)” — is fine too. Monetised videos and articles need no additional permission.
Conditions of use
- Please do not alter the materials — no colour changes, distortion, cropping to a detail, added text or applied effects.
- Please leave clear space around a logo or icon of at least half its height.
- Please do not present your coverage in a way that suggests we endorse it, or that we have a partnership with its author.
- The materials may not be redistributed, nor used in goods manufactured or sold where the material itself is the principal content.
- If you would like to use the materials beyond the scope above, please ask us first.

For interview requests, additional materials or any other question, please contact us through the contact form on our support page.
We do not accept sales or solicitation enquiries. We will not reply to sales enquiries sent through the form, by email, by telephone or by fax.
We have not consented to receiving advertising or promotional email. Under Japan's Act on Regulation of Transmission of Specified Electronic Mail (opt-in rule), sending advertising email to a party who has not given prior consent is prohibited. Where a transmission in breach of that Act is identified, we may take action including reporting it to the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications and the Consumer Affairs Agency.
