Information Security Policy

NCAT LLC (“we”) treats the information we handle as a critical foundation of our business, and works on information security as follows.

1. Responsibility

The Representative Partner serves as the officer ultimately responsible for information security, with clear accountability for our information assets.

2. Compliance

We comply with the laws, government guidelines and other standards that apply to information security and to the protection of personal information.

3. Technical measures

Traffic to the services and websites we provide is encrypted. Development environments, distribution certificates and all accounts are managed with multi-factor authentication and on the principle of least privilege.

4. Limited access

Access to personal data and confidential information is limited to what our work requires.

5. Choice of external services

Where we use external services for hosting, distribution or advertising, we select them only after confirming the provider's security standards and its handling of personal information.

6. Response to incidents

If we become aware of a security incident, or of the risk of one, we investigate the cause promptly and take measures to minimise the impact and prevent recurrence. Where the law requires us to report the incident or to notify the individuals concerned, we do so.

7. Ongoing review

This policy and the measures behind it are reviewed as our business and the state of technology change.

Policy on the Exclusion of Anti-Social Forces

We cut off all relations with anti-social forces that threaten the order and safety of civil society, and act on the following policy.

1. No relationship of any kind

We hold no business relationship, or any other relationship, with anti-social forces.

2. Response as an organisation

Improper demands by anti-social forces are handled by the organisation as a whole, headed by the representative.

3. Cooperation with external specialists

We maintain contact with the police, with centres for the elimination of organised crime, with legal counsel and with other external specialists, so that we are prepared should an incident arise.

4. Refusal of improper demands

We firmly refuse improper demands from anti-social forces and, where necessary, pursue legal action in both civil and criminal proceedings.

5. No secret dealings or funding

We provide no funds to anti-social forces under any pretext, and we engage in no back-room dealing to conceal an incident.
